What to do in an Immediate Need
If your pet passes in the middle of the night: Please know that you do not need to wait until morning to make arrangements. Our Online Booking System is active 24 hours a day.
- Arrange Online: You can complete the arrangement and payment immediately through our website.
- Rest: Keep your pet in a cool, dry place
- Confirmation: We will receive your order instantly and contact you first thing in the morning (usually by 8 AM) to confirm the pickup time.
If your pet is at a 24-hour Emergency Vet: You can still use our services. Simply instruct the vet staff that Chicago Pet Cremation Services will be handling the aftercare. Book online, and we will coordinate the pickup directly with the clinic.
