What private means
Your pet, and only your pet
Some providers offer “communal” cremation, where several pets are cremated together and no remains are returned. We don’t. Every pet in our care is cremated individually, so the remains you receive are your pet’s alone.
From the moment we meet your pet until they come home, they are treated with dignity, and you receive a cremation certificate along with their remains.

FAQ
Private cremation questions
Have a question about private cremation that isn’t answered here? Our team is happy to talk it through.
Do you offer communal cremation?
No. We only offer private, individual cremation, so the remains you receive are always your pet’s.
How do I know the ashes are my pet’s?
Every cremation we perform is private and individual, and every pet comes home with a cremation certificate.
Should I choose flame cremation or aquamation?
Both are private. Flame is the traditional choice and starts at $300. Aquamation uses water, returns about 20% more remains and starts at $400.
How long does private cremation take?
It depends on scheduling. When you arrange, we’ll let you know when to expect your pet home, and we’ll reach out as soon as they’re ready.
